They would be expected to record and report progress alongside other site issues to Senior Engineer on a day-to-day basis and monitor engaged labour as per site priorities.

Candidate is responsible to actively support Project Manager in core execution of project with respect to time, quality and cost .Organize the site mobilization in accordance to the site checklist and organize periodic audits as per ISO standards.
Above 12 years overall (6 years in similar capacity mandatory) in Real Estate/High Rise Residential projects with renowned Contractor/PMC/Client Firm
Individuals with an eye for detail, strong sense of assessment and excellent communication skills. Candidates shall be responsible for development, implementation and ensure compliance of the total quality management system. Candidates would be responsible for formulation of enterprise level QA/QC manual encompassing ITP, FQP. Candidates would be responsible for supervision and control of all amendments and distribution. He /She should ensure physical inspection at vendor’s workshop, coordinate with customer & its representative to obtain approval / clearances, coordinate with the third party inspectors, document control, development of labs, etc. Candidates should be conversant with latest quality standards and ERP.

Candidate will be responsible for manpower planning and deployment at site as well as maintenance of all relevant statutory compliance. He will also ensure employee relations and address grievance at site and record the same from time to time.
