As our economies mature, the responsibilities of our business acquire another dimension: that of a member of the community who willingly assumes a responsibility for betterment of the community. This responsibility is such where there is no expectation of return. Proactive assumption of responsibility by PS Group for the welfare of the community engages the community, making it a partner in the business. Working for betterment of the community is almost always good for the business in direct ratio to the effectiveness of work undertaken.

Our Implementation strategy for community support starts from Identification of projects/activities, setting measurable targets with time frame, organisational mechanism and responsibilities, time schedules and monitoring, allocating a specific amount in the budgets for CSR. We also stress in optimisation of available resources by ensuring that efforts are not duplicated and existing services are strengthened and supplemented. The True challenge is to apply fundamental business principles to make CSR sharper, smarter and focuses on what really matters.

We believe we are in business to serve people, to help solve problems, to use and employ the ingenuity of our workers to improve the lives of people around them by learning from the nature that gives us life. We don't believe that the solutions in society will come from the left or the right or the north or the south. They have to come from within ourselves, and sea of people with integrity who want to do something. By accepting responsibility, we take effective steps toward our goal: an inclusive human society on a habitable planet, a society that works for all humans and for all nonhumans. By doing so, we move closer to creating a world that works for all.
